Advanced Production lines
Our advanced geomembrane blowing film production lines can produce geomembranes of various thicknesses from 0.2mm-2.0mm. The annual output exceeds 30,000 tons.
The production process of our products has reached the leading level of similar products in China and is on par with the level of that in the developed countries in the world.
The Extra-width Geomembrane Extrusion Line adopts professionally designed supporting extruder and die to ensure uniform extrusion of raw materials. With three-layer composite special-purpose spiral head, a hydraulic non-stop fast screen changing device, and other advanced technology, the extrusion line can enhance plasticizing capacity and increase output. It can produce geomembranes of various thicknesses from 1.0mm-3.0mm. The daily output reaches 40 tons.
Advanced Installation Equipment
In the welding of geomembrane, we usually use Swiss imported automatic crawl-time double track welding machines. On the other hand, we have a number of experienced welding technology engineers who have been involved in many major impermeability projects at home and abroad.
