The drainage geocomposite is a special type of coupled geosynthetic products that combining an HDPE biaxial geonet and a nonwoven geotextile on one or both sides. The geonet is made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) with reinforcement properties. This non woven geotextile is designed to protect the drainage composite during and after construction due to its separation and filtration properties.
The drainage geocomposites, as the ideal geosynthetic materials, are often used for drainage. The geocomposites can offer light weight and easy installation solutions to traditional drainage materials. The geocomposite drainage layers are reliable that they have a long live-span.
